Return Policy
At Pull My Hair Canada, we take great pride in the quality of our hair care products.
However, due to the nature of the products being personal use items, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. All sales are final.
Return Exceptions
We do not accept return items that have been used or opened unless it has been determined it was a manufacturer defect.
Important Information

For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns will be accepted on hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, and treatment items.

If there is an issue with a product received (e.g., damaged packaging or incorrect items), please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you with the issue.

We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Shipping

All orders are shipped from our home-based location within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM (excluding holidays).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly shipped items are the responsibility of the customer.
